Job summary

Kaisercraft is seeking a Retail Sales Assistant in Scone to deliver exceptional customer service and keep the store well-presented. The role is casual with 2–3 shifts weekly (3–5 hours) and opportunities to pick up extra hours.

You’ll unpack deliveries, maintain shelves, and support promotions using your product knowledge. Ideal candidates have customer-facing experience, strong communication, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach in a fast-paced, family-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing role.
• Ability to create a memorable experience and understand customer needs.
• Motivated and sales-driven.
• Reliable with high attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, problem solve and take initiative.
• Flexibility across the 7 days of the week including late nights and weekends.
• Be happy to work on average 2-3 shifts a week (3-5 hours).
• Experience using Microsoft Office and a POS System.

Kaisercraft is looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Retail Sales Assistant to join our team in Scone!

The Opportunity

As a casual Retail Sales Assistant, you will play an important part in ensuring all our customers receive the highest level of customer service and you will have a large focus on keeping the store well presented to showcase our beautiful product range. Outside of customer service your other duties and responsibilities may include;

• Opening and closing of the store
• Assisting with day-to-day store operations
• Demonstratingstrong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choice
