Job summary

Kaisercraft is looking for enthusiastic Christmas Casual Retail Sales Assistants to join our teams across Sydney stores, including North Rocks and Baulkham Hills. You’ll unpack and process stock, replenish shelves and assist customers during our busiest period.

Availability across October to January is essential, with shifts that may start early, extend late, or occur on weekends and public holidays. You’ll support store operations and work either independently or as part of a small team.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced retail, customer service or warehouse environments.
• Ability to process high volumes of stock quickly and accurately.
• Flexible availability across Oct–Jan including weekends and public holidays.

The Opportunity

As a Christmas Casual Retail Sales Assistant, you’ll help keep the store running smoothly during our busiest period. You’ll unpack and process stock, replenish shelves, maintain store presentation and assist customers.

Availability is ESSENTIAL

Broad and flexible availability across October, November, December and January is essential, including both weekdays and weekends.

As this is our busiest trading period, shifts may include early starts from 7am, late-night and extended trading, weekends and public holidays, with additional shifts required during peak periods.

Your Responsibilities

• Unpack, process and replenish high volumes of stock quickly and accurately
• Assist customers with friendly, helpful service
• Support daily store operations, including opening and closing

About You

You’re energetic, reliable and thrive in a busy, hands-on environment. You’re equally comfortable working independently and taking initiative, or contributing as part of a small, collaborative team.

You’ll bring:

• Experience in fast-paced retail, customer service or warehouse environments
• The ability to process high volumes of stock quickly and accurately
• A positive, proactive attitude and confidence working alone
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience with POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
