Kaisercraft is seeking a Christmas Casual Retail Sales Assistant in Morwell. You will help keep the store running during our busy period, unpack stock, replenish shelves and assist customers.

Availability across October to January is essential, with shifts including early starts, evenings, weekends and public holidays during peak periods. Bring a proactive attitude and enjoy working in a small team.

The Opportunity

As a Christmas Casual Retail Sales Assistant, you’ll help keep the store running smoothly during our busiest period. You’ll unpack and process stock, replenish shelves, maintain store presentation and assist customers.

Availability is ESSENTIAL

Broad and flexible availability across October, November, December and January is essential, including both weekdays and weekends.

As this is our busiest trading period, shifts may include early starts from 7am, late-night and extended trading, weekends and public holidays, with additional shifts required during peak periods.

Your Responsibilities

• Unpack, process and replenish high volumes of stock quickly and accurately
• Assist customers with friendly, helpful service
• Support daily store operations, including opening and closing

About You

You’re energetic, reliable and thrive in a busy, hands-on environment. You’re equally comfortable working independently and taking initiative, or contributing as part of a small, collaborative team.

You’ll bring:

• Experience in fast-paced retail, customer service or warehouse environments
