Job summary

Kaisercraft is seeking enthusiastic Christmas Casuals to join our Campbelltown store during our busy season. You’ll unpack and process stock, replenish shelves and assist customers to ensure smooth store operations.

Availability is essential across October, November, December and January, with early starts, late nights, weekends and public holidays. You’ll work as part of a small team, bringing a proactive, friendly approach and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced retail or warehouse environments.
• Ability to process high volumes of stock quickly and accurately.
• Proactive attitude and confidence working independently or in a small team.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

The Opportunity

As a Christmas Casual Retail Sales Assistant, you’ll help keep the store running smoothly during our busiest period. You’ll unpack and process stock, replenish shelves, maintain store presentation and assist customers.

Availability is ESSENTIAL

Broad and flexible availability across October, November, December and January is essential, including both weekdays and weekends.

As this is our busiest trading period, shifts may include early starts from 7am, late-night and extended trading, weekends and public holidays, with additional shifts required during peak periods.

Your Responsibilities

• Unpack, process and replenish high volumes of stock quickly and accurately
• Assist customers with friendly, helpful service
• Support daily store operations, including opening and closing

About You

You’re energetic, reliable and thrive in a busy, hands-on environment. You’re equally comfortable working independently and taking initiative, or contributing as part of a small, collaborative team.

You’ll bring

• Experience in fast-paced retail, customer service or warehouse environments
