Sharp & Carter is seeking a driven Sales Executive / Business Development Manager to drive new business in the Australian property sector. This true new-business role focuses on identifying, engaging and onboarding channel partners to generate ongoing commercial opportunities.

You will build a robust pipeline, conduct introductory meetings and presentations, and manage opportunities through the full sales cycle.

Qualificações

• Experience in B2B sales or lead generation.
• Proven ability to generate new business opportunities and manage a sales pipeline.
• Strong outbound sales capability and proactive approach.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Experience using CRM platforms, ideally Salesforce.
• Current driver's licence.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, research and engage prospective B2B channel partners.
• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities through outreach.
• Conduct introductory meetings, needs-analysis discussions and commercial presentations.
• Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle from contact to onboarding.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing channel partners to maximise outcomes.
• Utilise Salesforce CRM to manage activity and track pipeline progression.
• Develop targeted prospect lists and identify new opportunities aligned with growth objectives.
• Prepare proposals, presentations and supporting sales documentation.
• Attend meetings, site visits and stakeholder appointments.
