Job summary

Sharp & Carter is partnering with a well-established national wholesale distributor to recruit a dedicated Customer Service / Sales Support professional for its Sydney head office. You will be the main point of contact for hospitality and retail customers, handling inquiries from start to finish and ensuring orders keep moving.

This brand-new role lets you shape how enquiries are handled, how service is delivered and how teams work together.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in customer service or sales support.
• Background in FMCG, manufacturing, wholesale, distribution or a similar industry.
• ERP experience is useful (NetSuite is a plus), but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries by phone and email, and see each one through.
• Take customer queries from the sales team to help them focus on growth.
• Work with supply chain, procurement and warehouse to get clear answers on stock, deliveries and orders.
• Keep customers informed and help them plan orders ahead of busy periods.
• Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues across the business.
• Spot recurring questions and suggest fixes at the source.
• Keep customer records accurate so visibility is maintained.
