Job summary

Sharp & Carter in Sydney is seeking a Sales Coordinator to own new customer acquisition and the ongoing management of the accounts you win—from first contact to repeat orders. You will build prospect lists, run outbound cadences, and ensure timely follow-ups to convert inquiries into opportunities and revenue.

You will maintain a clean CRM, align outbound activities with marketing campaigns, and identify cross-sell opportunities across ANZ while protecting revenue retention.

Qualifications

• Proven outbound sales or business development with targets met.
• Experience selling into food and beverage producers, cosmetics, or manufacturing SMBs is highly regarded.
• Disciplined CRM and pipeline hygiene.
• Proficient with CRM, email and Microsoft Office.
• Experience supporting outbound sales, marketing campaigns, or program coordination across diverse sectors.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a qualified prospect list across target segments in ANZ.
• Run structured outbound calling and email cadences to generate quotes and sample requests.
• Follow up sample book distributions and inbound leads within one business day.
• Convert prospects to first orders; manage pricing exceptions per policy.
• Own accounts you convert; prompt reorders, identify cross-sell opportunities, maintain contact rhythm.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and account records: history, stage, next action, forecast.
• Feed market intelligence back to marketing monthly.
• Align outbound activity with marketing campaigns and promotions.
