Sharp and Carter is seeking a Marketing Executive in Melbourne to drive B2B marketing initiatives that support customer acquisition, retention and revenue growth. You’ll develop compelling sales collateral, nurture leads and manage industry partnerships, leveraging the CRM to maximize campaign impact.

This hands-on role sits at the intersection of marketing and sales, offering opportunities to advance marketing automation, explore AI-enabled tactics, and collaborate with internal stakeholders

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B or trade marketing within a commercially focused environment.
• Strong copywriting and content development skills for proposals, tenders, presentations and sales collateral.
• Experience with enterprise CRM platforms (HubSpot or Salesforce) and understanding of lead management and marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver B2B marketing initiatives aligned with commercial objectives, supporting acquisition, retention and revenue growth.
• Create and coordinate high-quality sales collateral, client presentations, tenders, proposals, case studies and customer references.
• Support go-to-market plans for new products, services and initiatives.
• Manage B2B CRM marketing activity, including customer communications, lead nurturing, campaign execution and reporting.
• Coordinate industry events and partnerships to generate and nurture opportunities.
• Own the B2B LinkedIn strategy, developing customer stories and thought leadership content.
• Support customer-facing initiatives including photography, lookbooks and sales resources.
• Monitor marketing performance and budgets to improve engagement and ROI.
