Job summary

Odoo is expanding its Channel Sales team in Australia, seeking a Partner Manager to oversee a portfolio of partners and drive business development with end customers. You will coach partners on Odoo best practices and participate in the sales cycle to match clients with the right partner.

You will engage with ERP and IT service providers across Australia and New Zealand, delivering demos, and ensuring high-quality services so partners grow Odoo business.

Qualifications

Full working rights in Australia.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Enjoys negotiating and driven to meet (and exceed) targets.
Creativity and the ability to work independently.
Proactive, self-motivated attitude with a desire to continually learn and improve.

Responsibilities

Empower partners with training on selling and implementing Odoo.
Teaming up with partners to create customized implementation packages that wow end customers.
Navigating the negotiation process between partners and customers to seal the deal.
Getting inside the minds of our partners, showing them how Odoo can streamline their operations, and weaving our products and services into their business fabric.
Nurturing long-term, trusting relationships with partners.
Making sure our partners are in sync with Odoo's big plans so we can all ride the wave of success together.
