Job summary

Latitude IT in Melbourne is seeking a Program Manager to lead a significant digital transformation initiative across technology and business teams. You will own end-to-end delivery, establish governance, and drive successful outcomes for strategic objectives.

You will manage multiple workstreams and vendors, report to senior stakeholders, and ensure benefits are realised through structured governance and robust delivery practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in program or senior project management.
• Proven experience delivering complex digital transformation programs within large organisations.
• Strong understanding of technology-enabled business transformation and digital delivery.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams, vendors and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Strong governance, risk, financial and dependency management capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence senior executives.
• Structured, commercially minded and outcomes-focused delivery approach.
• Experience across Agile and/or traditional delivery environments.
• Qualifications in Program Management, Project Management, Business or Technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a complex digital transformation program.
• Establish and manage program governance, delivery frameworks, milestones, risks and dependencies.
• Collaborate with senior business and technology stakeholders to align priorities and drive decisions.
• Manage multiple workstreams, delivery teams and third-party partners.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, reporting and executive updates.
• Identify and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies and delivery challenges.
• Drive change across business processes, technology and ways of working.
• Provide clear communication and reporting to steering committees and senior leadership.
• Ensure program outcomes and benefits remain on track.
