Job summary

A major water utility provider in Melbourne is seeking a Change Manager for a 2-year maximum-term role. This position involves leading change management initiatives for customer projects, driving engagement, and ensuring the smooth adoption of new systems. The ideal candidate will have a track record in change management, particularly in technology implementations, along with strong interpersonal and analytical skills. This role offers a total remuneration package of A$157,993, including 12% superannuation, and flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in change management with a track record of leading large-scale digital transformations.
• Experience managing technology implementations, especially in customer service or similar environments.
