Job summary

Elysium Digital seeks an experienced Change Manager to lead a large-scale digital transformation across multiple business functions. You will drive change management, service readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption to ensure successful outcomes.

Collaborating with project teams, operations, and IT, you will develop readiness plans, manage transitions to business-as-usual, and establish support models.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering organisational change within large-scale digital transformation programs.
• Experience developing change artefacts such as impact analyses, stakeholder plans, and training strategies.
• Experience leading readiness and operational transition activities.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing across all levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work across business, technology and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management and adoption activities across large-scale digital programs.
• Develop readiness plans covering people, process, tech, and communications.
• Coordinate transition to business-as-usual and support models.
• Design and deliver communications and stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Develop training materials and enablement programs.
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement.
