For Purpose Aged Care is seeking a Change Manager for a two-year full-time fixed term contract to steer the people side of a major transformation. You will drive change across enterprise systems, lead stakeholder engagement, and ensure business readiness and adoption for technology and process changes including Humanforce and Epicor implementations.

You will partner with program leaders to coach sponsors, manage resistance, and deliver clear change insights to governance forums, while building

• Experience leading organisational change across enterprise systems implementations from planning through adoption.
• Proven success delivering change across multiple business functions and sites.
• Strong capability in stakeholder engagement, sponsor coaching and resistance management.
• Experience coordinating learning and readiness activities with SMEs, vendors and leadership teams.
• Strong workshop facilitation, planning and reporting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and deliver change management strategy, plans and readiness for key program releases.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, communications and change champion networks.
• Assess change impacts and translate system changes into people-focused solutions.
• Partner with leaders to build capability, manage resistance and drive adoption.
• Coordinate readiness assessments, training plans and go-live prep.
• Support hypercare activities and transition to BAU operations.
• Provide reporting and change insights to governance forums.
