Job summary

The Department of Employment and Workplace Relations in Canberra is seeking a Change Manager at APS Level 6 to assess changes in the Digital Identity space and coordinate with teams to prevent system interruption.

Qualifications

• Essential qualification in Information Technology or Business Management.
• Diploma level or above.
• Citizenship: Australian citizen or in the process of obtaining it.

Responsibilities

• Assess technology, process, policy and legislative changes, evaluating impacts on Digital Identity services and DEWR-hosted applications.
• Lead change planning and coordination activities, developing implementation schedules and stakeholder engagement plans.
• Translate complex technical, business and legislative requirements into clear outcomes for stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, managing issues and risks.
• Provide status reporting on change readiness, impacts, risks and outcomes to executives.
