Job summary

Ignite in Canberra is seeking a hands-on Associate Change Analyst / APS6 Change Analyst to develop and deliver change activities, support the adoption of new systems and processes, and work confidently with stakeholders at all levels.

You will deliver change across IT and technology projects, conduct impact assessments, develop training and communications, engage with senior leaders and end-users, monitor adoption, and provide recommendations to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Ability and willingness to obtain security clearance.
• Ability and willingness to undergo police check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver change activities across IT, technology and transformation projects.
• Conduct change impact assessments and identify risks, gaps and resistance.
• Develop training, communications and resources to support adoption.
• Engage with senior leaders, technical teams, project teams and end-users.
• Support leaders and teams through organisational and technology changes.
• Monitor adoption and provide recommendations to improve change outcomes.
• Manage complex and sensitive change activities independently.
