Job summary

Lifeline Queensland is seeking a Casual Retail Supervisor in Rockhampton to lead store operations, coach staff and volunteers, and deliver strong customer service while achieving sales targets.

You’ll promote Lifeline’s mission, manage merchandising and events, and maintain effective communication with the team and regional colleagues. This NFP role offers supportive development and a values-driven workplace.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in retail management.

• Experience coaching and mentoring staff and volunteers.
