Job summary

UnitingCare Community is seeking an Assistant Retail Supervisor in Queensland to lead store operations, coach staff and volunteers, and drive customer service excellence across Lifeline’s charity retail stores. You’ll collaborate with a team to achieve sales targets while delivering a compassionate, community-focused experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management (or hospitality management) including coaching and mentoring people.
• Ability to deliver high level of customer service and exceed customer expectations.
• Familiarity with pricing, visual merchandising, promotions and stock control.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a passion for Lifeline and its purpose, promoting its service and value to the community.
• Support the Retail Supervisor in all aspects of a retail operation and delegate responsibilities to ensure targets are met.
• Review pricing, visual merchandising, promotional events and selling techniques to maintain profitability.
