You will coach staff and volunteers, manage pricing, merchandising and promotional events to boost profitability while upholding Lifeline’s purpose and community impact.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated experience in retail management (or hospitality with retail background).
• Ability to coach and mentor staff and volunteers.
• Deliver high level customer service and exceed expectations.

Aufgaben

• Oversee all aspects of the retail operation and delegate tasks to ensure sound business practices.
• Collaborate with staff and volunteers on pricing, merchandising, events and selling techniques to maintain profitability.
• Maintain clear communication with team and external stakeholders; handle customer enquiries/complaints.
• Set objectives linked to business strategy and coach direct reports toward improved performance.
