Ochre Medical Centre Telegraph Rd is seeking a friendly, reliable and enthusiastic Casual Receptionist to join our supportive team. Availability across weekdays, evenings and weekends is desired as shifts are offered as needed.

Roles include front desk administration, patient liaison with healthcare staff, and support to GP and practice nurse. Experience with Best Practice software is highly regarded, and a strong customer service focus is essential.

Qualifications

• Front desk reception experience preferred.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident with technology and patient communication.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Front desk administration (answering phones, making appointments, processing claims and payments).
• Liaise with patients and families, GP's and other health professionals with compassion.
• Scan and update patient correspondence and results.
• Provide ongoing support to GP and practice nurse as required.
• Be a friendly contact between patients and the clinical team.
