Job summary

ForHealth Group Cremorne is seeking a Casual Medical Receptionist to join our front desk team. You will welcome patients, manage the busy reception, input patient details, and support healthcare professionals with administrative tasks.

Ideal candidates will have exceptional customer service, excellent communication, and strong multi-tasking abilities. Pracsoft/Medtech knowledge is a bonus, with training provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication, both spoken and written.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy front-desk environment.
• Knowledge of Pracsoft/Medtech is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and welcome them into the centre.
• Collect and enter patient details into the database.
• Schedule appointments as required.
• Answer telephone calls and enquiries.
• Provide general administration support and ad hoc duties.
