The Doctors Mulgrave Road Medical Centre is seeking a compassionate Medical Receptionist to join the team on a casual basis. You will handle front-desk duties, assist with allied health coordination, and support Employment Medicals in a busy healthcare environment.

Ideal candidates are highly organised, calm under pressure, and eager to learn. Prior reception experience is valued but not essential, with opportunities to grow across reception, allied health, and employment medical services.

Qualificações

• Casual position with 30–37.5 hours per week.
• Shifts Monday to Friday, 4–5 shifts.
• Experience with Best Practice is a bonus, but not essential.
• Citizenship or Permanent Residency is essential.
• Current Full QLD Driver Licence is required.

Responsabilidades

• Greeting patients warmly and assisting with kiosk check-ins.
• Answering calls and managing emails from the offsite call centre.
• Book appointments using Best Practice and manage health records.
• Assist doctors, nurses, and allied health staff with administration.
• Liaise with external service providers to support patient care.
