You will greet patients, manage registrations and appointments, handle calls, and support clinicians while maintaining confidentiality and high service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as a medical receptionist or healthcare administration is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interactions with patients, staff and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with reception software and electronic health record systems (EHR).
• Excellent organisational ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy clinic.

Responsibilities

• Greeting patients warmly and managing patient arrivals and departures.
• Schedule and confirm appointments using the booking system; handle changes or cancellations.
• Answer telephone enquiries and direct calls to staff as needed.
• Process registrations and update patient records accurately.
• Manage patient documents and ensure confidentiality per privacy regulations.
• Keep reception area clean, welcoming and well-stocked with materials.
• Provide general administrative support to clinicians and staff.
• Handle patient inquiries about services, fees and procedures professionally.
