Qualifikationen

• Customer service experience, ideally within hospitality, hotels or resorts
• A warm and professional approach
• Good administration skills and attention to detail
• A positive and reliable attitude
• Flexibility to work across a seven-day roster
• Experience with OPERA or a similar hotel booking system would be an advantage, however not essential

Aufgaben

• Welcoming guests and assisting with check-in and check-out
• Managing accommodation bookings, enquiries and guest requests
• Answering calls and providing information about the resort, facilities and local area
• Processing payments and maintaining accurate guest records
• Promoting resort facilities, services and experiences
• Working with other resort teams to respond to guest needs
• Helping resolve guest queries in a friendly and practical way
• Supporting general reception and administration tasks
