Job summary

RACV Cobram Resort in Victoria is seeking a Front Office Receptionist on a casual basis. You will be the face of the resort, handling guest check-ins/check-outs and providing warm, professional service to members and visitors.

This role requires availability evenings and weekends, a 7-day rotating roster, and the ability to manage after-hours inquiries. Previous reception experience and Opera booking system knowledge would be advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in a reception role is highly desirable.
• Availability across a 7-day rotating roster desirable.
• Evenings and weekends availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Check in and check out of members and guests.
• Answer calls and assist with requests and general enquiries.
• Handle after-hours bookings and guest enquiries after 6pm.
• Lock up various areas of the resort at close and manage after-hours access.
