RACV Inverloch Resort is seeking a hands-on Duty Manager to lead the Front Office team and oversee resort operations across shifts. You will ensure a welcoming, seamless experience for members and guests, stepping into Front Desk duties when needed and guiding staff with strong coaching and training practices.

Applicants should have supervisory experience in hospitality, solid Front Office knowledge, and the ability to handle emergencies calmly while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a customer-facing team in hotels or resorts.
• Strong knowledge of Front Office operations and night shift duties.
• Proven ability to coach, train and engage staff.
• Ability to respond calmly in emergencies.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support the Front Office team across shifts.
• Ensure guests receive consistently high service levels.
• Oversee daily Front Office and resort operations.
• Step into Front Desk duties when required.
• Respond to guest feedback promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with resort teams to maintain smooth operations.
• Support training and on-the-job coaching.
• Monitor safety, presentation and security standards.
• Assist with emergency procedures and guest safety.
• Rotate through weekends and non-standard hours as needed.
