Goodstart Mount Waverley is seeking a Casual Educator ( Cert III qualified ) to join our team in Mount Waverley, VIC. You will support our centres and children across sessions, providing engaging activities and a safe learning environment in line with our policies.

The role offers casual shifts Monday to Friday between 6:30am and 6:30pm, with pay ranging from $35.44 to $37.81 per hour plus casual loading and superannuation.

Qualifications

• ACECQA approved early childhood qualification.
• Current VIC Working with Children Check.
• Willing to travel between local services.

Responsibilities

• Actively contributing to the education program in the room and centre team.
• Engaging and supervising the children at all times.
• Maintaining a safe environment for children, families and team members.
• Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families.
• Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures.
• Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement.
