Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning is seeking Casual Educators at our Kelso centre, offering flexible hours Monday to Friday between 6.30am and 6.30pm. Earn $36.65-$39.91 per hour plus casual loading and travel between local services as required.

You will support children with enriching learning experiences, contribute to the room and centre team, supervise children, and ensure a safe, inclusive environment consistent with our policies and standards.

Qualifications

• ACECQA approved early childhood qualification is required.
• Willing to travel between local services.
• Flexible availability between Monday and Friday, 6.30am–6.30pm.

Responsibilities

• Actively contribute to the education program in the room and centre team.
• Engage and supervise the children at all times.
• Maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members.
• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families.
• Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures.
• Support reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement.
