Goodstart Griffith is seeking a Casual Educator to support our centre and the children on flexible shifts. You will contribute to the education program, supervise children, and help maintain a safe, welcoming learning environment across Monday to Friday, 7:45 am–5:45 pm.

The ideal candidate holds an ACECQA approved early childhood qualification and is willing to travel between local services. We offer above award wages, training, and supportive resources to help you thrive in a team‑oriented

Qualifications

• ACECQA approved early childhood qualification is required.
• Willingness to travel between local services and flexible Mon-Fri availability.
• Ability to support the education program and supervise children.

Responsabilités

• Actively contributing to the education program in the room and the centre team.
• Engaging and supervising the children at all times.
• Maintaining a safe environment for children, families and team members.
• Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families.
• Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures.
• Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement.
