Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning in Queensland is seeking Casual Educators to join our centres, with flexible shifts from 6.30am to 6.30pm, Monday to Friday, across multiple sites.

You’ll support learning programs, supervise children, and help maintain a safe, inclusive environment. We offer above‑award wages, casual leave loading, Fitness Passport, and thorough induction.

Qualifications

• ACEQA approved early childhood qualification.
• Current QLD Working with Children Check required.
• Willingness to travel between local services and flexible availability.

Responsibilities

• Actively contributing to the education program and centre team.
• Engaging and supervising children at all times.
• Maintaining a safe environment for children and families.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with families.
• Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies.
• Supporting reflective practice and continuous improvement.

Pay: Up to $48.29 per hour (based on experience and qualification) + Superannuation + Benefits
