Job summary

Goodstart Horningsea Park is seeking a Casual Educator in Horningsea Park, NSW 2171. You will support our centres and children across locations, with flexible hours and casual loading on top of above-award pay.

As a Casual Educator, you’ll contribute to the learning program, supervise children, and help maintain a safe, inclusive environment while building strong relationships with families and staff. Travel between local services is possible, and Monday–Friday flexibility is desired.

Qualifications

• ACECQA approved early childhood qualification.
• Current NSW Working with Children Check.
• Willing to travel between local services.
• Flexible availability between Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities

• Actively contributing to the education program in the room and the centre team.
• Engaging and supervising the children at all times.
• Maintaining a safe environment for children, families and team members.
• Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families.
• Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures.
• Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement.

If you have hold an ACECQA approved early childhood qualification, Current NSW Working with Children Check, are willing to travel between other local services and will have flexible availability between Monday-Friday then.
