Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning in Warragul, VIC is seeking casual educators to support our centres with flexible shifts Monday to Friday between 6.30 am and 6.30 pm. Pay is $42.88–$48.29 per hour, based on experience, with casual leave loading and access to development resources.

You’ll join a supportive team dedicated to safe, inclusive and enriching early learning experiences for children across local services.

Qualifications

• ACECQA approved early childhood qualification.
• Current Vic Working with Children Check.
• Willing to travel between local services.
• Flexible availability Monday–Friday 6.30 am–6.30 pm.
• Certificate of Completion for National Child Safety Foundation Training.

Responsibilities

• Actively contributing to the education program in the room and the centre team
• Engaging and supervising the children at all times
• Maintaining a safe environment for children, families and team members
• Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families
• Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
• Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement
