Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning is seeking a Casual Educator in Toormina, NSW. You will support centres and children across locations, with flexible Mon-Fri shifts from 6.30am to 6.30pm. Expect above‑award wages, casual leave loading, and strong team support.

Requirements include an ACECQA approved early childhood qualification and a NSW Working with Children Check. Travel between local services is expected where needed.

Qualifications

• ACECQA approved early childhood qualification.
• Current NSW Working with Children Check required.
• Willing to travel between local services and have flexible availability Mon-Fri 6:30am–6:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Actively contributing to the education program in the room and centre team.
• Engaging and supervising the children at all times.
• Maintaining a safe environment for children, families and team members.
• Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families.
• Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures.
• Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement.
