Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning in Dubbo, NSW seeks a Casual Educator to support centres and children across shifts. You will engage with children, contribute to the learning program, and help maintain a safe, inclusive environment, aligning with our policies and quality standards.

The role offers flexible, casual hours from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm on weekdays, with opportunities for ongoing involvement and professional development within Goodstart’s supportive team.

Qualifications

• ACECQA-approved early childhood qualification.
• Current NSW Working with Children Check.
• Flexible availability between Monday and Friday, 6:30 am – 6:30 pm.

Responsibilities

• Actively contributing to the education program in the room and centre team.
• Engaging and supervising the children at all times.
• Maintaining a safe environment for children, families and team members.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with children and families.
• Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures.
• Supporting a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement.
