Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning is seeking a Casual Educator to support our centres across the Hervey Bay area. You will work Monday to Friday during shifts between 6:00am and 6:45pm, with the chance to experience multiple centres and children.

You will contribute to the education program, supervise children at all times, and help maintain a safe environment while building strong relationships with families. An interest in continuous improvement and a commitment to safety are essential.

Qualifications

• Engaging and supervising the children at all times.
• Maintaining a safe environment for children, families and team members.
• Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families.
• Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures.
