Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning Griffith, NSW, is seeking a Casual Educator to support our centres and children across shifts. You’ll contribute to the education program, supervise children, and help sustain a safe, inclusive learning environment.

We offer above award wages with casual leave loading, a comprehensive induction and training program, and support for travel between local services. Flexible availability Monday–Friday is essential.

• ACECQA approved early childhood qualification.
• Willing to travel between local services.
• Flexible availability Monday–Friday, 6:30 am–6:30 pm.

• Actively contribute to the education program in the room and the centre team.
• Engage and supervise the children at all times.
• Maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members.
• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families.
• Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures.
• Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement.

Employment Type: Casual shifts Monday to Friday between 7:45 am – 5:45 pm

Pay:Up to $48.29 per hour

As a Casual Educator at Goodstart, you'll be a flexible, team-oriented professional, ready to support our centres and children wherever and whenever needed. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures every child has enriching and responsive learning experiences.

You’ll achieve this by:

• Actively contributingto the education program in the room and the centre team
• Engagingand supervisingthe children at all times
• Maintaining a safe environment for children, families and team members
• Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families
• Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
• Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement
