Goodstart Early Learning is hiring a Casual Educator in Queensland. You will support centres and children as needed, adapt to varying hours, and contribute to engaging learning experiences across rooms and teams.

The role emphasizes safety, inclusivity, and building relationships with families, while aligning with quality standards and organisational policies.

• ACECQA approved early childhood qualification
• Current QLD Working with Children Check
• Flexible availability Monday–Friday 6:00am–6:00pm

Responsibilities

• Actively contributing to the education program in the room and the centre team
• Engaging and supervising the children at all times
• Maintaining a safe environment for children, families and team members
• Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families
• Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
• Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement
