Goodstart Early Learning is seeking Casual Educators to join our team across multiple centres in New South Wales. You will work casual shifts Monday to Friday between 7:00am and 6:00pm, supporting our education programs and ensuring a safe, inclusive environment for children.

You will be part of a friendly team, with opportunities to explore different sites, access above-award wages and casual loading, and participate in induction and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• ACECQA approved early childhood qualification.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Willing to travel between local services.
• Flexible availability Monday–Friday 7:00–18:00.

Responsabilités

• Actively contribute to the education program in the room and centre team.
• Engage and supervise children at all times.
• Maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members.
• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families.
• Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures.
• Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement.
