Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning is hiring a Casual Educator in NSW, with casual shifts Monday to Friday between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm. Pay is up to $48.29 per hour, with above-award wages and casual leave loading.

As a Casual Educator you’ll contribute to the room’s education program, actively supervise children, maintain a safe environment, and build strong relationships with children and families. You’ll work to meet National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies; ACECQA‑approved qualification and

Qualifications

• ACECQA-approved early childhood qualification.
• NSW Working with Children Check.
• Flexible availability between Monday and Friday, 7:00 am–6:00 pm.

Responsibilities

• Actively contributing to the education program in the room and centre team.
• Engaging and supervising the children at all times.
• Maintaining a safe environment for children, families and team members.
• Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families.
• Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures.
• Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement.
