Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning in Queensland is seeking a Casual Educator to join our team. You will be flexible, work across centres as needed, and contribute to children's learning experiences.

We offer above award wages, casual leave loading, Fitness Passport access, and a supportive team. Successful candidates will hold ACECQA approved early childhood qualification and a current QLD Working with Children Check, with availability Monday to Friday, 6:00am–6:00pm.

Qualifications

• ACECQA approved early childhood qualification required.
• Current QLD Working with Children Check required.
• Willing to travel between local services.
• Flexible availability between Monday-Friday, 6.00am - 6.00pm.

Responsibilities

• Actively contributing to the education program in the room and the centre team.
• Engaging and supervising the children at all times.
• Maintaining a safe environment for children, families and team members.
• Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families.
• Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures.
• Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement.
