Responsibilities

• Answer emails and calls promptly, liaising between clients, site managers and transport staff.
• Daily scheduling of freight runs to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage inbound and outbound shipments and monitor container status.
• Process freight paperwork, maintain the TMS and manage PODs.
• Stay updated on customs changes and safety standards.
• Identify opportunities to reduce transport costs and improve margins.
