Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between clients, site managers, and transport staff; answer emails and calls promptly and professionally.
• Plan daily freight runs and coordinate driver and subcontractor movements for on-time delivery.
• Manage inbound/outbound shipments, monitor containers and DAWR status, and handle documentation.
• Stay updated on customs compliance changes and support driver welfare and safety requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce transport costs while maintaining service excellence.
