Responsibilities

• Customer Communication: answer emails and calls promptly, liaising between clients, site managers and transport staff.
• Planning and Scheduling: daily freight plan and coordinate driver movements for on-time delivery.
• Operations and Execution: manage inbound/outbound shipments and maintain TMS and PODs.
• Compliance and Risk: stay updated on regulatory requirements and safety standards.
• Service Excellence: maintain high-quality customer service across all interactions.
