You’ll work with onshore and offshore teams, manage client dashboards, and support onboarding of new accounts, driving continuous improvement and customer success.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service (3+ years).
• Freight forwarding experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Be the voice of the client: Build meaningful, long‑term relationships through regular communication and collaboration.
• Deliver seamless logistics solutions: Track, manage, and coordinate shipments using our systems, ensuring smooth order‑to‑delivery transitions.
• Drive efficiency and accuracy: Maintain client dashboards, profiles, and reports to keep information current.
• Empower new partnerships: Set up new accounts, assist with onboarding, and ensure smooth transitions.
• Champion continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, resolve issues, and share insights with Sales and Account Management teams.
• Collaborate with excellence: Work closely with onshore and offshore teams to support a high‑performing culture.
