• 4+ years in Customer Service within logistics.

Responsibilities

• Customer Communication: Answer emails and calls promptly, acting as liaison between clients, site managers, and transport staff.
• Planning and Scheduling: Daily scheduling of freight runs, aligning driver and subcontractor movements for on-time delivery.
• Operations and Execution: Organise inbound and outbound shipments, monitor container status, and manage PODs and documentation in the TMS.
• Compliance and Risk: Stay updated on customs and regulatory requirements; support driver welfare and safety standards.
• Process Improvement: Collaborate to reduce transport costs and improve margins while maintaining service excellence.
