Arcare Aged Care is seeking a dedicated Staff Scheduler to ensure rosters cover all shifts across our residences, delivering high-quality care. You will be an essential link between staff and management, coordinating availability, shift changes and payroll processes.

The role emphasizes effective communication, teamwork and adaptability within a fast-paced aged care environment. A collaborative, customer-focused mindset will support the care needs of residents and the organisation’s staffing

Qualifications

• Experience in rostering across multiple teams or departments.
• Experience in workforce rostering, scheduling, payroll administration or workforce coordination in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with scheduling software such as Humanforce or Time Target.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts and to meet residents' care requirements.
• Handle shift changes, leave requests and replacements to maintain staffing levels.
• Manage payroll-related administration, including timesheets and attendance records.
• Communicate schedules, changes and important information to staff.
• Collaborate with management to align staffing with budget and optimize workforce management.
