Job summary

Helping Hand Aged Care in Hindmarsh is seeking a Staffing Coordinator on a casual basis to develop and maintain rosters for residential care homes, ensure shifts are filled, communicated, and backfilled as needed.

You will work with Residential Services Managers and Talent Acquisition to fill vacancies, coordinate rostering changes, and deliver excellent service to staff, residents and families while upholding our values.

Qualifications

• Experience in roster management and rostering processes.
• Data entry roles requiring accurate and timely records.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and related programs.
• Valid NDIS Worker Screening clearance or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain staffing rosters for all site staff.
• Ensure shifts are assigned, communicated, and backfilled when required.
• Coordinate with Residential Services Managers to fill vacancies quickly.
• Liaise with staff and managers on roster changes for smooth operations.
