Job summary

Arcare is seeking a dedicated rostering coordinator to ensure resident care staffing is always optimal. You will oversee front-line rostering, collaborate with management, and coordinate with payroll for accurate timesheets and attendance.

Applicants should have experience in workforce rostering, scheduling, and payroll administration, with familiarity in scheduling software such as Humanforce or Time Target. Australian Working Rights and NDIS Worker Screening Check are required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing rostering across multiple teams/departments.
• Experience in workforce rostering, scheduling, payroll administration or workforce coordination in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using scheduling software such as Humanforce or Time Target.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts.
• Handle shift changes, leave requests and replacements to maintain staffing levels.
• Manage payroll-related administration, timesheets and attendance records.
• Communicate schedules and updates to staff effectively.
• Coordinate with management to align staffing with budget and objectives.
