CSR Springboard is seeking a PMO Analyst to support a major Capital Works program in Sydney. You will help with project reporting, governance, analysis, and process improvement to ensure projects meet standards, schedules and budgets.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement across manufacturing and logistics projects in a dynamic corporate setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management or PMO roles.
• Ability to collect, validate, and analyse project data.
• Proficient in MS Project, Power BI, Excel and PPM tools.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Project Managers to collect, validate, and analyse project data.
• Support financial tracking, forecasting, reporting, and auditing across projects and portfolios.
• Monitor schedules, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Identify, track, and mitigate portfolio‑level risks and safety issues.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and adherence to reporting standards.
• Maintain project documentation, registers, lessons learned, and audit trails.
• Assist with resource tracking and planning across the portfolio.
• Track and support benefits realisation activities.
• Improve and automate reporting processes where possible.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, standards uplift, and portfolio maturity.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across all levels.
