Job summary

CSR North Ryde is seeking a PMO Analyst to support delivery of a major Capital Works program, focusing on project reporting, governance, and process improvement. The role requires collaboration with project managers, data analysis, and strong stakeholder engagement in a dynamic environment.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in PMO roles, proficiency with MS Project, Power BI, Excel, and SAP, and a tertiary qualification in project management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project management or PMO roles.
• Strong organisational, time management and coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Project, Power BI, Excel, and PPM tools.
• Understanding of project methodologies in construction/manufacturing/heavy industry.
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Managers to collect, validate, and analyse project data.
• Support financial tracking, forecasting, reporting, and auditing across projects and portfolios.
• Monitor schedules, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Identify, track, and mitigate portfolio-level risks and safety issues.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and adherence to reporting standards.
• Maintain project documentation, registers, lessons learned, and audit trails.
• Assist with resource tracking and planning across the portfolio.
• Track and support benefits realisation activities.
• Improve and automate reporting processes where possible.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, standards uplift, and portfolio maturity.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across all levels.
• Provide general project support to delivery teams.
• Support corporate and team KPI achievement.
