CSR Limited is delivering a major Capital Works program to upgrade manufacturing and logistics sites. We seek a PMO Analyst to support project reporting, governance, and process improvement, ensuring delivery aligns with standards, schedules and budgets.

You will collaborate with project managers, monitor schedules, manage risks, and provide accurate insights for decision‑making. The role requires 5+ years in PMO, proficiency in MS Project, Power BI, Excel, and experience with ERP systems (SAP

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in project management or PMO roles.
• Proficient in MS Project, Power BI, Excel, and PPM tools.
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and process improvement.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in project management.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Project Managers to collect, validate, and analyse project data
• Support financial tracking, forecasting, reporting, and auditing across projects and portfolios
• Monitor schedules, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies
• Identify, track, and mitigate portfolio‑level risks and safety issues
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and adherence to reporting standards
• Maintain project documentation, registers, lessons learned, and audit trails
• Assist with resource tracking and planning across the portfolio
• Track and support benefits realisation activities
• Improve and automate reporting processes where possible
• Contribute to continuous improvement, standards uplift, and portfolio maturity
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across all levels
• Provide general project support to delivery teams
• Support corporate and team KPI achievement
